On February 8, the preliminary evaluation of the 2021 National Top Ten Archaeological New Discoveries Selection was launched. The Acheng Jinshangjing ruins in our province have become candidates for preliminary evaluation.
In 2021, more than 1,700 archaeological excavations were approved nationwide. The candidate projects were all voluntarily declared by each excavation qualification unit, and after review by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, 32 entries were finally determined. The Selection Office will organize a poll to recommend 20 items to enter the final evaluation.
Ruins of Kim Sangg-kyo
JinShangjingcheng, the site of HuiningFu in Shangjing, was the first capital city built by the Jin Dynasty, and was the political, economic and cultural center of the early Jin Dynasty, located 2 kilometers south of Acheng District in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, on the left bank of the Ashe River. From the time When Jin Taizu completed yan a bone to establish the state as emperor, to the first year (1153) of the hailing king Yan Liangzhen,the capital moved to Yanjing (present-day Beijing), the capital of Jinzhong, the capital of the Jin Dynasty, which lasted 38 years after four generations of emperor rule. As an important capital city site, the degree of preservation of jinshang capital is also rare in the capital city of previous dynasties.

Tao Jia Ling Pin jia
Located in the northeast hinterland of the mainland, the Jin Shangjing ruins are an important large-scale site with the characteristics of both fishing and hunting civilization and agricultural civilization in ancient times. As an ancient capital city distributed in the northernmost part of the mainland, it is also one of the best preserved capital city ruins in the northern part of the mainland, which has important historical significance and academic value.

According to the area and ruins of the Shangjing city site, the distribution of relics, as well as the preservation and research status of the Shangjing City, the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology formulated the "Archaeological Work Plan for the Jinshangjing Site", which was approved by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and launched in 2013.

From June to November 2021, the Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, the School of Archaeology of Peking University and other units jointly carried out archaeological excavations at the east gate site of the Imperial City at the JinShangjing site, and achieved important academic results.
