The Spring Festival is a major festival for Chinese to enjoy reunion, family affection, peace and joy, and it is also a period of health risks that are prone to negative problems such as emotional fluctuations, travel rushes, work and rest disorders, and overnutrition. On the two days when the Spring Festival atmosphere was strongest in Chinese New Year's Eve and the first day of the first year, the Department of Cardiology of the Huanggu Branch of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College and the Huanggu Branch of the Liaoning Veterans General Hospital treated two patients with acute myocardial infarction in a row.
At 5:00 a.m. on January 31 Chinese New Year's Eve, 65-year-old Uncle Liu was admitted to the emergency room of the Huanggu Branch of the Second Hospital due to severe chest pain. Li Chun, the doctor on duty in the emergency room, and Zhou Xue, a cardiologist, believed after consultation that although the patient's ECG was not typical and the myocardial enzymes were completely normal, with their many years of work experience, the cause of the patient's chest pain should be a blockage of coronary blood vessels, and the chest pain treatment process must be started urgently.
At 1 a.m. on the first day of February 1, 75-year-old Yang Daniang was admitted to the emergency room of the Huanggu Hospital of the Second Hospital due to a chest pain attack. After examination, Yang Daniang's myocardial enzymes were significantly elevated, and the ST segment of the ELECTROCARDI was significantly elevated, suggesting that the patient had a wide range of myocardial necrosis, and the risk of arrhythmias and heart failure in such myocardial infarction was also the highest. Cardiologist Zhang Xi opened the green channel for the patient emergency and quickly activated the catheterization room.
In the above two cases, Ma Jingru, director of the First Department of Cardiology, doctors Jin Xia and Li Fei, Zhang Ying, the head nurse of the catheterization room, and Wang Ying, a nurse, rushed to the hospital at the first time after receiving the call, and carried out a series of rescue measures for the patient, including emergency interventional treatment, and won the precious golden treatment time (the golden time for myocardial infarction rescue is less than 90 minutes, and if the intervention can be carried out within the golden time, the best treatment effect will be achieved, because too long a period of time may cause partial necrosis of part of the myocardium). Uncle Liu's angiography suggested that the middle section of the anterior descending branch was completely closed, and after the opening of the blood vessels, the patient's symptoms eased significantly and the vital signs were stable; Yang Daniang's coronary angiography suggested three lesions of the blood vessels, director Ma quickly judged the blood vessels of the offenders who had the disease, and implemented blood transport reconstruction, and the patient did not have arrhythmias and heart failure after surgery. Currently, both patients are in stable condition.
Director Ma Jingru reminded the public friends: "During the festival, due to the influence of party eating and drinking, overwork, lack of sleep, cold and warm uncertainties, blood vessels are prone to contraction and spasm, which in turn induces myocardial infarction. Especially in people at high risk of cardiovascular disease, it is particularly necessary to pay attention to and be vigilant for signs of myocardial infarction. If acute chest pain occurs, seek immediate medical attention. Whether acute myocardial infarction, aortic dissection, or pulmonary embolism, it can be fatal. At present, the Spring Festival holiday has ended, and the majority of patients should adjust their mentality in time, eat reasonably, work and rest regularly, and take medicine on time. Chest tightness, chest pain, sweating and fatigue and other symptoms should be treated in time, and it is best to go to the chest pain center for treatment if possible. As a national chest pain center, the Second Hospital of Shen Medical University and the Retired Army general hospital is always on the front line of treatment for your cardiovascular health! ”
