On February 7, the mixed doubles of curling at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics concluded the semi-finals, and the Italian team of Stefania Constantini / Amos Mosana defeated the Swedish team of Almida Devar / Oscar Eriksson by a score of 8-1 to advance to the final.

In the 11th round of the curling mixed doubles round robin tournament held on February 6, the Chinese duo Fan Suyuan and Ling Zhi lost to the Italian duo 4-8, suffering six consecutive defeats and failing to qualify for the rematch.

Italy's trip to the Winter Olympics was stunning, winning nine games in the round robin tournament and advancing to the final with ten consecutive wins. It is worth mentioning that this is Italy's first participation in the mixed doubles event of the Olympic Games, and the two athletes have only begun to form a team since 2019, and the best result of the partner is the fifth place at the 2021 Curling Mixed Doubles World Championships.
