On 5 February, the second match at the National Stadium, the women's hockey group match between the Czech Republic and Sweden, began. Before the audience enters the venue, the venue event service volunteers arrive early to prepare and greet the audience in the best condition.
The highlight of the day's event service was the welcome to a group of foreign ice hockey enthusiasts. In order to enable foreign spectators to have a more comfortable viewing experience, volunteers actively, enthusiastically and actively communicate with foreign spectators in English, providing them with services including stand guidance, corridor guidance, information consultation and catering.
On the same day, two spectators in wheelchairs also attended the competition, and the event service volunteers patiently and meticulously provided services, including wheelchair borrowing and wheelchair assistance. At the same time, the event service field also coordinated with other departments of the venue to arrange an escort position for the families of the spectators using wheelchairs to meet the needs of the wheelchair users to the greatest extent.
The diversity of the audience is the best opportunity to test the ability of the volunteers to serve the event, and the volunteers have also handed over the best answers with practical actions.
