Listen to the footsteps of spring (Chinese New Year Special)

Listen to the footsteps of spring (Chinese New Year Special)
Listen to the footsteps of spring (Chinese New Year Special)

People come early in the spring. Spring is always with the warm wind, with the brilliant flowers, with the diligent labor, with the vigorous hope. When we sing the praises of spring, we sing the praises of life; when we embrace spring, we embrace hope; and when we welcome spring, we are greeted with the struggle of the new year.

Today, Dadi Supplement invites four writers to write articles to feel the spring and record the spring. Whether it is the "breath of spring" on the faces of the villagers who have escaped poverty and become rich, or the vitality of the athletes of the Beijing Winter Olympics, they are like the nature of the grass and warblers and flowers, bringing us a strong feeling of spring.

Let us embrace this beautiful spring together, let us start this enterprising new year together!

The earth is full of spring news

Jiang Wei

Spring, summer, autumn and winter, all year round, each with its own beauty. But because spring is always accompanied by warm sunshine, tender green leaves, colorful flowers, and the dream of "spring for a year", people give spring many poetic and even philosophical meanings. At present, although the northeast is still cold, the news of spring has been impatiently squeezed into the crack of the door, floating in the house, stirring up a room full of cheerful laughter and people's expectations for spring. From time to time outside, the laughter of children playing was heard, and this laughter was so cheerful that it woke up spring.

In recent years, after the continuous struggle of all people, we have successfully got rid of "absolute poverty", won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty, and now opened a new journey of rural revitalization. In order to record the great changes of the times, in the past few years, I have crossed mountains and mountains, entered villages, visited many villages, sat in small farm yards or fields, talked freely with fellow villagers and poverty alleviation cadres, and successively created two documentary works on poverty alleviation, "National Temperature" and "Main Battlefield", and also gained a lot of insights and feelings in interviews.

The details of life's struggle in the work converge into a torrent of excitement surging forward by the times. In Sinan County, Guizhou Province, I interviewed Wang Mingli, a one-legged combat hero whose story of leading the villagers out of poverty and becoming rich was deeply moving. In 2021, the tea gardens developed by Wang Mingli and his returned comrades-in-arms expanded from 7,000 mu to tens of thousands of mu. This year's spring tea picking, listening to Wang Mingli said, it is expected that there will be thousands of people in the surrounding ten villages to work, according to the calculation of 50 yuan per kilogram of tea picking, each person's daily tea picking income alone will reach more than three hundred yuan.

In Mogou Village, Tongbai County, an old revolutionary area in Henan Province, the village-level "Long March Red Culture Exhibition Hall" built many years ago is booming, with millions of visitors in 2021. There, In Fulou Village, where I have also been, the village secretary Li Jian's family has five disabled people, who were originally poor and destitute, but the vigorous battle against poverty has aroused Li Jian's ambition. Riding on the spring breeze of the policy, he led the whole village to vigorously develop the mushroom industry. Today, the mushrooms in Fulou Village have grown to the scale of thousands of sheds, the villagers have lived a good life by growing shiitake mushrooms, and Li Jian himself has been elected as a national labor model.

In the resettlement area of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, I met a middle-aged peasant woman, Yuan Xinzhi. Her hometown is in Henan, when she was young, she went south to Guangzhou to work and married Xiao Chen from Yanhe County, Guizhou. It is reasonable to say that Xiao Chen should lead his wife back to his hometown to see his in-laws, but Xiao Chen is not willing to take his daughter-in-law back to his hometown. It wasn't until he had two children that Xiao Chen led the family back to Yikou Knife Village in Yanhe County. Yuan Xinzhi still remembers the situation of entering the village: the village is located on the hundreds of meters of cliffs on the bank of the Wujiang River, and the rugged and steep ridge is really like a knife. Climbing up the hill, he walked into a dilapidated room, and on the bed lay his sick father-in-law, which was the husband's home.

Fast forward to the spring of 2019, in the boom of poverty alleviation in Guizhou, Yuan Xinzhi's family and the villagers of Yikou Dao Village moved into a resettlement community with high-rise buildings and beautiful landscapes in Guiyang City, which locals called "turnkey projects". I once went to Yuan Xinzhi's new home for an interview, and in the new house of more than 100 square meters, the party and the government had prepared sofas, wooden beds and dining tables for the villagers, and the kitchen was still filled with rice, meat and vegetables. In other words, the villagers can move in with their bags and cook when they enter the door. I asked Yuan Xinzhi what it felt like? She said cheerfully: "I didn't expect that a happy life would come so quickly!"

I also interviewed a lot of stories and met a lot of people. Some people, I have now forgotten what their names are, but their faces, their looks, their words, still flash in my mind from time to time. One day, when I thought of them again, I suddenly realized that no matter how old they were, no matter what they looked like or what kind of life they had experienced, now their faces seemed to have a common feature: full of the smell of spring. yes! It is a vigorous spring breath that is naturally flowing from their eyebrows and from their conversations. I think this is the change in the spiritual temperament of the villagers brought about by the development of the times.

Nowadays, the days in the countryside are getting more and more prosperous. Just this winter, I walked into the large tile house of "red lanterns and red window flowers in every household" in the northeast countryside for an interview. As soon as the master lifted the thick cotton curtain, a splendid and happy life came to the face. Today, even in the countryside, young people's new houses are all modern furnishings, and only the warm kang has been preserved as a traditional custom. The host was bold and welcoming, greeting us cross-legged and a large table of steaming food was served in the blink of an eye. In the laughter, we talked about the past of the countryside, and even more about the future of the countryside. The warm atmosphere is probably going to make the flowers outside the window open.

Flowers bloom in the wind

Du Weidong

This year's spring footsteps are diligent, the last snow of the cruel winter has not yet melted, and the spring girl is on the way to come.

"In the distant sky, the geese fly in the clouds, and the fish swimming near the water burst out of the ice." Standing, meaning beginning; spring, representing warmth and growth. As soon as Spring arrives, everything recovers, and the veil of the Spring Girl is being lifted by the breeze, and her handsome countenance cannot be stopped by anyone. You see, "I don't know who cut the fine leaves, the spring breeze in February is like scissors", how dexterous her hand is, Yingying grasps it, and combs the weeping willows on the shore to score a charm; in fact, not only is it skillful, the spring girl's mind is also unusually open, "the sunrise river flowers are red than fire, and the spring river is as green as blue", the sun rises from the river surface, a river is greener than the blue grass, and what a spectacular early spring scenery! No wonder the poet Shelley sincerely lamented: "Spring rises in the wonderful garden, like the spirit of love, and there are traces of her everywhere; the flowers and grasses on the dark chest of the earth sprout, and they have awakened from the dreams of hibernation." ”

Spring is always associated with creation and growth. Where is the germination of spring without the accumulation of winter; without the melting of ice and snow, where are the rushing of rivers? In this sense, spring is the landscape painting sprinkled by the painter on rice paper, spring is the affectionate resonance of the poet's chest, spring is the loud song dedicated by the singer to the earth, and spring is the joy and laughter passed on by the teacher to the child. Walking into the spring is to walk into the sweat and pay; into the spring, is to walk into the maturity and hope; into the spring, is to walk into the vision and dream; into the spring, is to walk into tomorrow and glory.

This year's spring footsteps are diligent, because on the day of Lichun, there is one of the most beautiful flowers competing to bloom first, that is, the opening of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games. How spiritually compatible is the vitality of sports and the growth of all things brought about by spring. The Olympics are bathed in the light of sportsmanship and are full of human visions for happiness and beauty, and spring brings us the same encouragement and hope.

In 776 BC, in the ancient Greek city-state of Elis, a grand event was held in the annals of history. This was the first ancient Olympic Games. There were no medals made of pure gold at that time, and the laurels of the champions were a garland woven with laurel, wild olives and palms. There were no grand award ceremonies, no crowds, not even drums and buntings, but since then, peace and friendship have been the sportsmanship of the Olympic Games and have been passed on to the modern Olympic movement.

The five interlocking circles represent the unity of the five continents of the world. Coubertin's design for the modern Olympics is similar to the first ancient Olympic laurels, like a beautiful wreath of flowers, full of life, closely connecting the aspirations of the people of the world for peace and friendship.

Beijing is the only modern city in olympic history to host the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. As a Beijing resident who was born and raised in Slovakia, I am proud of Beijing. Imagine the sweltering summer of 1932, when Liu Changchun crossed the ocean alone to represent the poor and weak old China in the tenth modern Olympic Games held in Los Angeles. At that time, Liu Changchun, did he ever think that ninety years later, on the day of the spring of the Year of Nongyin, the Olympic Torch Would once again be lit in the Bird's Nest in Beijing?

The theme slogan of this year's Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games is: Together to the future.

This slogan struck me. If the future is blue, let's be a star in the sky. Inject the light into the morning light of the future, and let a better tomorrow lead us forward.

Lichun, the first of the twenty-four solar terms, is the starting point for the future. Spring sowing a particle, autumn harvest of ten thousand bells of millet, the twenty-fourth Winter Olympics will be held on the day of Spring, undoubtedly carrying our beautiful expectations. We sowed the seeds of millet on the earth, and we sowed the seeds of peace and friendship at the Winter Olympics. We began to listen to the sound of seeds breaking through the ground, and we sincerely expected the flowers to bloom in the spring breeze.

The footsteps of spring

Zhao Lihong

Who can stop the footsteps of spring? When it was time to come, she came quietly. The wonderful sound of footsteps resounded in the air, in the wilderness, in every corner of the world. It was the sound of glaciers cracking, the cheerful chirping of birds flying from the sky, the chatter of fish in the flowing water, and the spitting of flowers in the warm wind.

The cold wind is still whistling, and the footsteps of spring are already ringing around us. At this moment, the two plum trees under my window were blooming, and the golden flowers spat out wisps of fragrance, fluttering in the cold of spring. The plum that blooms in the cold is the smile of the spring girl, and the prologue of spring is quietly pulled apart in this fresh smile.

This is the seventieth spring in my life. Life is in such a hurry! I have used words countless times to describe the face of spring I see, to record the echo of the footsteps of spring in my heart. In my memory, spring is the inspiration of life, hope and longing.

Regarding the footsteps of spring, there are different records in each journey of life. I can still find diaries from more than fifty years ago. At that time, I was a "zhiqing" and "cut in line" in my hometown of Chongming Island. At night, I lived in a thatched hut, the north wind whistled outside the window, and the thin quilt wrapped around the tired body, and it was too cold to sleep. In the morning, when the sky was dark, I was suddenly awakened by the sound outside the window...

I wrote in my diary at the time:

In the morning, someone tapped on my window. When I opened the window, I found that it was the peach tree outside the window that knocked on the window. The wind blew the peach trees, and the branches shook and hit my window. The peach blossoms on the branches are waiting to be released, the dew flashes on the buds, the morning glow shines on the branches, and a rose-colored yin red...

What is a wonderful omen for flowers knocking on the window? ...... I got up, opened the window, and let the bud-filled branches into my little thatched hut. Hello Spring, thank you for coming to me in this way.

In 1977, the college entrance examination was resumed, and that year, I took the college entrance examination. In the spring of 1978, when I went to the Chinese Department of East China Normal University with my luggage to report, it was like a dream. At that time, what was seen in the eyes, heard in the ears, and felt in the heart were the breath of spring. We listened to professors talk about history and literature in the classroom, read world famous works in the library, and displayed newly written poems on the walls of the corridor outside the classroom. At night, in the dormitory, I read a book in the glimmer of a flashlight and listen to all kinds of good news on the ground on the semiconductor radio. The changes brought about by reform and opening up are exciting and surprising every day. I couldn't help but write poems, write essays, express my feelings. Once, I wrote a long poem on two pieces of waste paper, entitled "Spring, Please Settle in China", expressing the joy of ushering in spring, which includes this verse:

You have returned with everything that has been swept away by winter,

On the vast expanse of land, there is a vigorous recovery everywhere

…………

In your angry footsteps,

A youthful and radiant China will surely rise!

One morning, a classmate ran to my dorm room and told me, "Go and see, one of your long poems was published in the newspaper!" I walked to the newspaper column downstairs in Wenshi, only to see a lot of people watching there. The long poem was published in the supplement of Wen Wei Po and was very eye-catching. I glanced outside the crowd and quietly walked away. At the back door of the Wenshi Building, I happened to meet Professor Xu Zhongyu, then the head of the department of Chinese, who called out to me with a smile and said, "I read the poem you published today, very good, and wrote out the mood that we all have." ”

Writing this poem is already a distant thing. More than forty years later, the poem was recited on various occasions. I think it's not how well the poem is written, but people have always had a love and love for spring.

In the past two years, I have gone out less, and I have more time to sit in the study and read and write. Outside the west window of my study, there is a large camphor tree, no matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, the canopy is always green, and from time to time birds that I do not know fly to the tree and sing, and sometimes fly to the windowsill, through the glass window, peeping at me sitting at the desk with bright eyes. It is a wonderful thing for human beings to have trees, flowers and birds as friends. A tree, a meadow, a bird song can make cities and countryside lose their borders. I like to stare out the window at the greenery and think about my thoughts.

The footsteps of spring, still as scheduled, stirred up a wonderful echo in my heart. Many thoughts hidden deep in the heart sprouted in the footsteps of spring and awakened. It is a contemplation and expectation of life, like a dream in a dream, an uninhibited whimsy, a childlike innocent fantasy. During the epidemic prevention and control period, I wrote a long novel "Tree Child". A boxwood tree that has grown for a hundred years, with wisdom and spirituality in my novels, escapes from a wildfire, is carved into a cute child, and begins a strange wandering and exploration. The experience of the tree child in the world made him feel the love of the world, and also saw the meticulous care of nature for living beings. The wandering of the tree children ends in the spring when they return to the earth. In the footsteps of spring, the tree child takes root and grows leaves in the thawed soil and becomes a young tree again.

At the end of the novel, a yellow oriole sings in a tree. And let me conclude this short article with this song:

This ever-changing earth,

Let's sing for life together.

Start by understanding a flower

Huang Yongmei

To be honest, in the previous years, I loved autumn the most of the four seasons, like the stage when it gradually changed from cool to cold, cool and not depressed, and most importantly, like it was not as lively as spring. When I look at the flowers in the spring, I also admire the one on the branches alone. The land thaws, everything comes to life, the birds return to their nests, chirping, this lively spring scene, once paranoidly considered by the young me to be not "cool" enough. When I really knew spring and knew how to appreciate spring, I was middle-aged. That almost starts with understanding a flower.

Last spring, we went to See pear blossoms in Zhongshan County, Anhui Province. Pear blossoms, in the imagery of classical poetry, are always a metaphor for parting from sorrow. Separated, drifting, chuchu pitiful, and even described the girl's tears as "pear blossoms with rain". However, in a village called Liangli, I experienced another metaphor for pear blossoms. There are millions of acres of pear orchards in Yanshan County, and every spring, when the pear blossoms bloom, it is truly a sea of fragrant snow. Here, the pear blossom seems to be far away from the image given by literary works, it is beautiful, sweet, grand, and the bloom of the pear blossom is a harvest of smiling faces. Bees dance around the flower buds, insects probe the heart of the flower, and even a breeze blows, for the people here, it is nature's reward for them. In the Wanli Pear Garden in Liangli Village, I saw the grower climbing up a high ladder with a small stick in his hand, as if he were casting magic on a pear blossom. The local villagers told me they were racing against the clock to order pear blossoms. The dot pear blossom is a traditional skill that has been passed down from generation to generation in the pear orchard of Toyama. Tie a small ball of chicken fluff on a small stick, dip the collected pollen, and gently touch the buds of the pear blossoms, here and there, and the fruit will be given the opportunity to gestate. Pear blossoms have a short flowering period, fruit growers are racing against the clock, and artificial pollination can greatly improve the result rate of pear trees. The pear is the economic pillar of the whole village, and the extended industrial chain begins with a pear blossom. In a sense, Ewha made this village. There is a local pear tree king named "Oolong Pixue", more than three hundred years old, still living up to expectations, and the white pear blossoms almost cover all the branches on the tree. This pear tree king, in good years, the result can reach more than 4,000 catties. From the pear blossoms of that tree, I seemed to see the golden pears pressed against the branches, and felt its vigorous breath of life.

Pear Blossom has revitalized the tourism economy of Liangli Village, and a brand new homestay has been built on the field, with modern facilities and local atmosphere. What impressed me most was the brightly colored and interesting peasant paintings on the outer wall of the homestay. One of the walls depicts an old peasant woman with a wrinkled face, her head wrapped in a green turban embroidered with pear blossoms, and an old hen in her arms. She opened her eyes wide and looked affectionately into the distance. The peasant painting is not exquisite, but the eyes of the old woman in the painting immediately attracted me, and I couldn't help but look in the direction of her gaze: it was an ocean on the land, and the pear blossoms were like layers of waves, so spectacular, so prosperous, so far away, I could feel the joyful trembling of the pear blossoms among the branches. I named the painting "Where Spring Is."

For a long time, when I was nostalgic for the spring flowers and the autumn moon, I almost forgot that the bloom of flowers is not only beautiful, nor is it just to arouse people's sighs at the end of the day. Flowers are the call to fruit, just as spring is the call to autumn, and those buds that are carefully cared for by the petals are the wishes of the fruits embraced by the flowers. From a delicate pear blossom, I saw the fruitful fruit and the dignity and strength of life. Spring, the beginning of the year, the beginning of the four seasons, in all the flowers that bloom in spring, contains the wish of one fruit after another, which is the original meaning of flowers and the original meaning of spring. I fell in love with such flowers, and I also fell in love with such a spring, because no matter what age one is, one should have such a wish.
