Live Bar February 6, 2019 Former South Korean Olympic champion and current Chinese short track speed skater Lin Xiaowei updated the news on social media to congratulate the Chinese short track speed skating team on winning the first gold medal of this Winter Olympic Games.

In yesterday's short track speed skating mixed team final, the Chinese team won the gold medal.

Lin Xiaowei wrote: "Congratulations to the Chinese short track speed skating team for winning the first gold! In his selfie, he wore a big red down jacket symbolizing Chinese red and red glasses.

Born in South Korea on May 29, 1996, Lin Xiaowei won the gold medal in the men's 1500 meters and the bronze medal in the 500 meters at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in 2018, and he joined the Chinese nationality in 2021, but due to relevant policies, Lin Xiaowei needed to represent South Korea for three years before he could play for other countries, and Lin Xiaoxiao last represented South Korea in 2019, so he did not meet the conditions for participating in the Beijing Winter Olympics and did not qualify for the Beijing Winter Olympics.
