Men's downhill held their first training session

Yanqing, 6 Feb (Xinhua) -- A reporter from the Referee Committee of the Men's Alpine Skiing Competition at the Beijing Winter Olympics learned that the competition, which was forced to postpone due to strong winds, will be held on February 7.

On the morning of the 6th, a gust of wind blew on the National Alpine Ski Center track in Xiaohaituoshan, Yanqing, and the men's downhill race, which was originally scheduled to be held at 11 o'clock on the same day, was adjusted to 12 o'clock, 13 o'clock and 14 o'clock, and finally had to be postponed. After discussion, the referee committee decided that the match would start at 12:00 on February 7.

Due to the schedule adjustment, the women's giant slalom, which was scheduled to take place at 10:15 a.m. on February 7, was changed to start at 9:30 a.m., which means that two gold medals will be awarded for alpine skiing on the 7th. (End)
