The Tianjin Youth Peking Opera Troupe launched "Tears of the Barren Mountains" and "Fishing for Golden Turtles" at the China Theater last night, and young actors Yin Chanjuan and Jin Shirui starred respectively.

Peking Opera "Tears of the Barren Mountains" was written by Mr. Jin Zhongsun in 1929, premiered by Cheng Yanqiu, a master of Peking Opera and founder of cheng Pai, in 1930, and filmed as a color opera film by the Beijing Film Products Factory in 1956. This time, Yin Chanjuan performed all of "Tears of the Barren Mountain" for the first time, which was personally taught by Zhang Huoding, a performance artist of the Cheng School of Peking Opera.
