A bobsleigh, also known as a "luge", is a group ride on a snowmobile, which is a sport that glides on an ice track on a steerable sled. With its speed during races, snowmobiling has always been considered one of the most exciting winter events. In 1988, the speed of snowmobile descent had increased from 50 km/h in the early 1920s to 143 km/h, known as "Snow F1".
The bobsleigh originated in Switzerland in the late 19th century, and the men's foursome was adopted as an official sport at the first Summer Olympics in France in 1924. In 1897, the first toboggan club was founded in St. Moritz. In the first Winter Olympics in 1924, snowmobiles had already become a competition event, and in 1998, the women's 2-seater event joined the Winter Olympics. The Beijing Winter Olympics Bobsleigh Race was held from February 13 to 20 at the National Bobsleigh Center in Yanqing, with a total of four gold medals (men's double, women's single, women's double, four-person bobsleigh), of which the women's single bobsleigh is a new event, and the project will debut on February 13.

The list of Chinese snow teams for the Beijing Winter Olympics has been determined, and a total of 12 athletes will participate in the competition for four minor events in the snowmobile event. It includes four female players, namely Huai Mingming, Ying Qing, Wang Xuan and Du Jiani; the eight male players are Sun Kaizhi, Wu Qingze, Zhen Heng, Wu Zhitao, Li Chunjian, Liu Wei, Shi Hao and Ding Song. In the four sub-events of the snowmobile event of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Chinese team won two places each, making a historic breakthrough. Among them, Ying Qing and Huai Mingming will participate in the women's single snowmobile competition, Ying Qing/Du Jiani and Huai Mingming/Wang Xuan will participate in the competition for the women's double snowmobile event; in terms of male players, Li Chunjian and Sun Kaizhi, the two helmsmen, will lead their teammates to participate in the competition for the men's double snowmobile and four-person snowmobile events. Women's snowmobiler Huai Mingming set a no. 2 best single-round finish at winterberg at the Snowmobile World Cup. The women's double bobsleigh finished 4th at Sigulda, the best result for the Chinese team in the World Cup event.
What to watch in the game
Legendary German athlete Francesco Friedrich, who won two gold medals at the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, is extremely dominant in the event. In last season's World Cup double and four-person snowmobile events, he won 15 gold medals in 16 races. At the Beijing Winter Olympics, Francisco Frederick will be the biggest gold-winning hit in the project. As a new event of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the women's single snowmobile will make its debut at the Winter Olympics, and the American players Meyers Taylor and Humphries, who have stood on the podium many times in the World Cup, Norte from Germany, and Apia from Canada, are all strong contenders for the first gold in the project. Interesting facts about the project
At the 1994 Winter Olympics, the bobsleigh team from Jamaica was very famous. They participated in the filming of the 1993 Disney Company film Cool Runway. After a long period of training, the tropical nation of Jamaica eventually sent a four-man bobsleigh team for the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. At the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, the Jamaican bobsleigh team also competed and finished last. The bobsleigh team trained through filming finally achieved good results at the 1994 Winter Olympics, winning applause with courage and strength, and rewriting the history of winter sports in Jamaica.
