Reporter: Origi is likely to leave Liverpool as a free agent this summer

According to Liverpool reporter James Pearce, Liverpool striker Origi is likely to leave the team this summer.

Origi's contract with Liverpool expires in June this year and there is no sign of a contract extension between the two sides. James Pearce noted that Origi's knee injury is close to healing and the 26-year-old center is eager to return to the game and is likely to leave the team as a free agent this summer in search of more appearances.

So far this season, Origi has played 10 games for Liverpool, contributing 5 goals and 2 assists for 393 minutes.
