Faraday Future (FF) announced that the Company's Special Committee of Independent Directors has completed a previously announced investigation into allegations of inaccurate disclosure.
The investigation found certain inconsistencies in the company's investor statements and certain weaknesses in the company's controls and culture, in addition to other allegations, including those in the short selling report, which were not supported by the reviewed evidence.
However, the investigation found that FF said in a pre-merger statement that it had received more than 14,000 bookings for FF91 vehicles, which could be misleading, as only a few hundred of them had been paid, while the rest (a total of 14,000) were unpaid. FF said that because of certain deficiencies in the company's control and culture, former FF chairman Brian Krolicki has stepped down and Susan Swenson has taken over as executive chairman.
CEO Carsten Breitfeld and founder and chief product officer Jia Yueting will report directly to Svensson that their annual base salary will be reduced by 25 percent.
It is reported that in October last year, J Capital Research, a short-selling agency in the United States, released a report calling Faraday Future an "emerging electric car scam" that will never sell a car. Then the U.S. law firm Block & Leviton said that Jia Yueting's Faraday Future may have violated U.S. securities laws and regulations, and filed a class action lawsuit calling on investors who suffered losses from trading the company's shares to join the lawsuit.

FSR is a technology similar to NVIDIA's DLSS, which renders frames at low resolution and enables games to achieve high-resolution display effects through open source spatial stretching algorithms. Unlike DLSS, FSR can theoretically work in any graphics card environment.
According to AMD, FSR is an open source cross-platform technology that provides extensive support for more than 100 AMD processors and graphics cards, providing an average of 2.4 times the performance improvement in 4K resolution and "performance mode" compared to native resolution in some specific games.
