The home in the white depiction book

Living in Jinan for decades, I envy some colleagues in the countryside who return to their hometowns on vacation to feel the atmosphere of their homes. I was once uncertain about not being able to find my own home, and I opened my own white description book in a wandering way, which is the special white sketch record I made when I took my students to the countryside to sketch, and it was also the first material for my creation, which has accumulated more than a dozen thick books over the decades. When I flipped through these books, I suddenly found that she carried my spiritual home and recorded the traces of my life from my artistic career. As I grew older, I had fewer opportunities to go out to sketch, so I had to find out these white painting books and open them, just like opening a window of art, allowing me to see the scenery outside the window again, like walking in my own home, which was a pure land that I injected with emotions, a wilderness where I bred nostalgia, and a precious wealth that nature gave me.

My sketchbook only has spring and autumn, and lacks winter and summer. Because autumn is supposed to be my harvest season the most, when the hard summer has just passed, I have an irrepressible urge to escape from this restless city and rush to the countryside! If I love nature, I certainly love this kind of rural nature away from the hustle and bustle, I like to walk among the ridges in the sunset, hoping to see sunflowers hanging down their heads. I don't seem to have a good feeling for the sunflowers in the summer, I always feel that she is proud of her head towards the sun, a little flamboyant, the flowers are too yellow to look a little dazzling, the fat leaves are too green, and the green raw ground has not changed a bit. The autumn sunflowers made me feel closer, at this time she had become modest, quietly bowing her head, like a very feminine village girl, the leaves were not as open and stretched as in summer, some sagging, and the color began to gradually turn yellow and ochre, becoming a little sad. Somehow, in my bones, I actually like this poignant sadness, and seeing "her" always reminds me of my mother, who has been working for many years in her life, and the corners of my eyes are a little moist at this time. It is based on the white depictions of these sunflowers that I have created many representative works such as "The Sun" and "Silent Sunshine". Later I found out that the Dutch painter Van Gogh also painted a lot of sunflower works, some faded green completely yellow and ochre sunflowers, it turned out that he liked older sunflowers, presumably with oedipal tendencies.

In my sketching home, the remnants of autumn occupy a large part of the territory. In the spring when the epidemic spread the earth's homeland, I was alone in isolation at home, bearing loneliness and coldness, a kind of difficulty of the passage of time, and my heart was full of indescribable entanglement and uneasiness, so I had to open the book that carried my spiritual home and quietly hid in it. Although the picture composed of lines here is too simple and simple, it is full of imagination and romance, leaving room for my future creations to supplement the artistic conception of the picture. In fact, there are not only wisteria in spring, sunflowers and residual lotus in autumn, but also cave kilns on the Loess Plateau, old streets of rice fat, Yimeng country roads, reeds of Weishan Lake and ospreys. Chen Laolian, a great painter at the end of the Ming Dynasty, had the famous sentence "A pillow to read Taoist books, and there is no need to leave in the remaining years", I have a stack of white painting books, idle to open into their own world, and probably not too lonely in their later years.
