During the Chinese New Year holiday, the low temperature rain and snow weather for several days gave way to the guizhou roof ridge "leek ping" in Hezhang County, Guizhou Province, showing a northern scenery wrapped in silver. The flower base in Zhongjing Village, Blacksmith Township, Hezhang County, is full of warmth, and the flower farmers seize the opportunity to be busy with seedlings, planting and management, in preparation for ensuring the market supply in the new year.

"When people come early in the spring, the harvest is not late." Zhou Qiao, the technical administrator of the flower base, told the China News Service reporter, "When the flowers in the base are open, it is like a 'miniature flower sea'. ”

Bringing this sea of flowers to the "roof of Guizhou" is Liang Anli, a "flower fairy" from Hong Kong. In May 2018, Hong Kong post-90s girl Liang Anli and her mother jointly funded the establishment of a company and signed an investment agreement with Hezhang County, the two sides through the development of the flower industry, to drive the local people to increase their income and become rich.

Hezhang County is located in the Wumeng Mountains, with an average altitude of nearly 2,000 meters, the mountains are high and deep, cold and cool, and many mountainous areas can only grow hardy crops such as buckwheat and barley. "Plant a hillside, harvest a basket" is a local slang phrase.

In 2017, Liang Anli and her mother walked into Hezhang during the inspection of the East-West Poverty Alleviation Cooperation Project, and the local poverty touched her, and she expressed her willingness to stay to her mother, and received her mother's support and encouragement.

"The Umong Mountains are rich in resources, but what is lacking is the development and utilization according to local conditions." Liang Anli told The China News Service reporter, "My team and I traveled to more than 10 local townships and found that the environmental conditions of high altitude, large temperature difference and pollution-free here are very suitable for the growth of various types of flowers." ”

After nearly a year of field investigation, Liang Anli signed an investment agreement with HeZhang, and built the Xingfa "Yunhai Flower Field" pastoral complex and the blacksmith flower breeding and seedling planting base.

After the base was established, Liang Anli, who changed her high heels, plunged into the greenhouse to learn various techniques for planting flower seedlings. At the beginning, the high altitude made Liang Anli often dizzy, and extreme weather and how to persuade farmers to change to flowers always tested her confidence and wisdom.

"Everyone has been growing corn and potatoes for generations, and at first everyone didn't believe that this young Hong Kong girl doll could grow flowers here." Zhang Xu, secretary of the zhongjing village party committee, said that slowly everyone saw her motivation to take root and plant flowers here, and the villagers who worked could receive their salaries on time every month, and everyone also trusted and understood and supported.

"There was a time when Hezhang encountered extreme weather, and the greenhouse was undershot for 3 months, and the flowers we planted had quality problems." Liang Anli told China News Agency, "Some adjustments were made later to extend the added value of the product." ”

In the past few years, the base has successfully introduced dozens of flower varieties such as white fan chrysanthemum, Hokkaido lavender, Shibazakura, Yuqing, European caryophyllus, annabella hydrangea and so on. The number of flower planting greenhouses in the flower base has increased from the original 100 to 400 today. When the flowers are in bloom, in addition to the wild leek flowers that spread over the mountains, there is also a "sea of Flowers of Anli" on the roof of Guizhou.

In 2020, the flower base began to usher in income generation, and the Annabella hydrangea products sold to South Korea and Australia were in short supply; the "immortal flowers" processed through the post-production process solved the problem of difficulty in keeping flowers and high logistics costs, and together with derivative products such as aromatherapy essential oils, they were shipped out of the mountains, bringing the aroma of the deep mountains of Guizhou to more friends at home and abroad.

"After entering the company, my salary rose from 2,100 yuan (RMB) all the way to 4,000 yuan." Villager Zhou Qiao told reporters that at present, she and her husband are working in the base, with a total monthly income of about 7600 yuan, and the family has built a two-story house in the past two years and bought a car.

Nowadays, many flower varieties in the flower base enter the fields of local villagers from the greenhouses. The colorful flower industry is not only pleasing to the eye, but also paves a fast road for Zhongjing Village to achieve rural revitalization.

"Looking at the changes in the villagers' lives and the smiles on their faces, I feel that this path is the right one." Liang Anli said that by training local technical administrators and allowing villagers to participate widely, "blood transfusion" will be turned into "hematopoiesis" to create a sustainable industry to get rich.

At present, through the three major interests of migrant income, greenhouse land rent dividends, and Guangzhou poverty alleviation capital infrastructure investment dividends, the flower base has driven more than 600 local households and more than 3,000 people to increase employment and income. At the same time, Liang Anli also built a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao youth aid Guizhou entrepreneurship base to build a bridge for exchanges.

"Flowers are the link between me and the people of Hezhang." When talking about her New Year's resolution, Liang Anli said that the next step will be to build a modern pastoral complex to drive more villagers to increase their income, and also hope to link to more young friends in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to join in and work together to build our homeland.
