It is reported that this round of low-temperature freezing weather coincided with the New Year festival, at this critical moment, Bijie Weining Power Supply Bureau responded positively, one is to hold an anti-icing and anti-icing emergency deployment meeting, organize emergency teams to carry out special inspection and emergency de-icing work throughout the county, in accordance with the "six in place" requirements, to ensure the safety of people, power grids and equipment. The second is to be on standby, do a good job in preventing ice disasters in accordance with the emergency plan, arrange personnel to carry out 24-hour emergency duty, do a good job in information reporting, emergency rescue and disaster relief, etc. The third is to make overall arrangements, pay close attention to the work of logistics support and de-icing emergency material reserves, deploy emergency repair teams to bring enough materials, always make emergency repair preparations, ensure rapid repairs, and take multiple measures to win the hard battle of anti-ice and power preservation.

Up to now, the bureau has dispatched more than 80 vehicles, more than 200 duty personnel, more than 200 ice viewing personnel, and 20 party member commandos, rushed to the first line of anti-ice and power preservation, carried out special inspections and temperature measurements at more than 150 viewing points such as Shimen, Snow Mountain, Guanfenghai, Meihua Mountain, etc., sent professional staff to measure the icing of the line for 24 hours, and notified the emergency team to make emergency repair preparations at all times, if the line is seriously iced, it will immediately carry out de-icing operations.
