Yongding Building, also known as Guanhai Building, is located outside the xinxing street gate by the Zhanglin Ancient Port River, and is a Qing Dynasty building that uses both warehouse and navigation marker.

According to Zhang Meisheng, the only plaque of the Chaoshan Overseas Chinese Approval Bureau "Yifa Xiang Approval Bureau" remains in China, which is the treasure of the town hall of the Overseas Chinese Approval Exhibition Hall.
