Officially, Parma signed Genoa's 38-year-old veteran Pendev.
Pendev will move directly to Parma, where he will work with Buffon, but the club has not disclosed the transfer fee.
The 38-year-old Pandev has made 20 appearances for Genoa in Serie A so far this season, including 13 off-the-bench appearances and an assist.
