Reporter: Ali will join Everton on a free transfer and pay £10 million for 20 appearances

According to The Telegraph reporter Matt Law, Ali will be free to transfer to Everton.

According to previous reports from Romano, Everton have reached a comprehensive agreement with Tottenham hotspur on Alli's transfer, and the England midfielder will directly transfer to join the Toffees.

Matt Law added that the transfer was a free transfer and Everton did not have to pay the transfer fee. However, there is a floating bonus for the deal, and if Ali makes 20 appearances, Everton will pay £10 million and the two sides will sign for 2.5 years.

This season, Ali has made 18 appearances in all competitions, contributing only 2 goals and 1 assist.
