The defendants in the case are all a clothing company in Xuancheng. Due to the company's operational difficulties and insolvency, Wu and more than 40 other workers unsuccessfully demanded the arrears of wages, so they sued the court, hoping that the court would help them get back the wages they had been in arrears for many years.
After the case was filed, in order to let the migrant workers no longer worry about the "salary", the judge who undertook the case carefully verified the plaintiff's wage arrears and immediately contacted the defendant after a detailed understanding of the case. Through the judge's legal analysis and unremitting efforts, the plaintiff and the defendant finally reached an agreement on the mediation agreement, and 45 labor contract disputes were successfully resolved.
