Chenzhou City's 2021 on-site rescue of the first witness operation kicked off

Red Net Moment, April 23 (Correspondent Li Yuehui Wenying) On April 20, the launching ceremony of the 2021 on-site rescue of the first witness operation in Chenzhou City was held in Shazhou Village, Wenming Yao Nationality Township, Rucheng County. Zhu Yimin, member of the party group and deputy director of the Provincial Health Commission, and responsible comrades of relevant departments and offices, as well as relevant leaders of Chenzhou Municipal Health Commission and Rucheng County attended the meeting. At the scene of the event, more than 500 medical staff and volunteers publicized the knowledge of first aid to the local people and tourists in the form of cheerful folk dances, first aid exercises, on-site rescue professional demonstrations, and health emergency science popularization.

The Regulations of Hunan Province on On-site Ambulance, which came into effect on November 1, 2020, are the first local regulations specifically formulated for on-site ambulance in China. In view of the current problems that on-site rescue will not be rescued, inconvenient to rescue, and dare not save, the Regulations support and guide from the aspects of building a first aid knowledge and skills popularization network, improving first aid facilities and equipment, and encouraging the protection of rescuers, and building a legal guarantee for the whole chain of "on-site- pre-hospital - in-hospital" first aid. The golden time for on-site rescue requires "the first witness to make the correct response at the first time at the first scene of the injury", which is a real race against death. It is of great importance to widely carry out on-site first aid knowledge publicity and first witness training, and promote the whole people to learn first aid and know first aid.

Chenzhou City took the lead in the province to issue the "Implementation Plan for the Popularization of Public First Aid Knowledge and Skills", organized medical and health units at all levels in the city to carry out on-site rescue training extensively, effectively improved the level of public first aid (health emergency) knowledge and skills, and promoted the construction of a public self-help and mutual rescue system. At present, there are 10 provincial-level pilot hospitals (training bases) for the popularization of public first aid knowledge and skills in the city, and a total of 5257 qualified first witnesses will be trained in 2020, walking in the forefront of the province and fully affirmed by the Provincial Health Commission.

This year, the Chenzhou Municipal Health Commission will take the on-site rescue of the first witness action as an important part of the party history study and education "I do practical things for the masses", and the city plans to train 10,000 qualified first witnesses.
