Case 4: No written transfer procedures
Measures: Party A takes the lead, supervises and follows up, each unit implements, and the handover of the work surface must go through the written transfer procedures.

Case 5: The protection of finished products is not in place
Measures: When bidding, the relevant content of the protection of finished products is written into the contract, and the quotation is included in the total price of the bidding, and reward and punishment measures are formulated.

Measures: Test the water window by window, 1 pipe every 2 floors, supervise the water test process of the side station, and form a layer of data.
