The temperature in northeast Guizhou dropped by 5 to 7 °C, and the temperature in other areas dropped by 8 to 10 °C, and the temperature dropped by more than 12 °C in the local area. There are northerly winds of magnitude 5 to 6 in the northeast and coastal areas of Guizhou, and gusts of 7.
