Recently, the Highway Maintenance Center of Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County invited relevant experts from the Hechi Highway Development Center to conduct on-site survey of the Xintan Bridge in Jiule Village, Longyan Township, and found that some of the bridge span bridge slabs appeared horizontal penetration cracks, and there was a safety hazard of collapse at any time.
After discovering that the bridge had potential safety hazards, the Ring River Highway Maintenance Center took timely countermeasures and decided to repair the bridge. With the strong support of various departments at all levels, the preliminary work of maintenance is ready, and a comprehensive repair of the bridge will be carried out in the near future. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the safety and maintenance of vehicles and pedestrians in this section, from October 20, the Huanjiang Highway Maintenance Center will completely close the bridge, and vehicles and pedestrians traveling to and from this section should take a detour, which can be detoured as follows: Yalong → Plate Three → Board Connection.
A few days ago, the people's government of the autonomous county has issued a notice on the construction of a comprehensive closure of the Xintan Bridge, hoping that vehicles and pedestrians will pay attention to safety and detour.

From October 20, 2021, the Huanjiang Highway Maintenance Center will carry out the second, fifth and sixth span fully enclosed repair construction of the Xintan Bridge in Jiule Village, Longyan Township, Longyan Township, Provincial Highway 509, in order to ensure the smooth maintenance of the bridge, from the date of the notice, the Xintan Bridge in Jiule Village, Longyan Township will be fully enclosed, during the traffic control period:
First, pedestrians and vehicles should take a detour: Yalong ←→ plate three ←→ board connection.
