Han Zi (March 1921 – June 2003), formerly known as Luo Hanzhi, was a famous female writer from Liyang Tea Pavilion. As a student, he participated in the Communist Party-led Reading Club and the Wuxi Society, formally enlisted in the army in August 1938 and joined the New Fourth Army in southern Anhui, and joined the Communist Party of China in October of the same year.
She has been publishing since the 1940s and is the only female writer on the mainland who has been on the Korean and Vietnamese battlefields, and has written many works of field communications and essays. One of the most famous, "From Shangganling", first reported the heroic deeds of the special combat hero Huang Jiguang.
After the founding of New China, Hanzi successively served as the deputy director of the Founding Committee of the China Writers Association, the third and fourth directors of the China Writers Association, and the vice chairman of the Shanghai Writers Association. He has published essay collections such as "Peace Museum", "Young Chick Collection", "Ode to the Frontline", "Country Collection", "Selected Essays of Hanzi", etc., and the novel collection "Dispute", "Forward", "Wanyou" and so on.

The former residence of Han Zi is located in Shantou Village, Tea Pavilion Village Committee, Tianmuhu Town, Liyang City. In 2012, it was listed in the cultural relics protection unit of Liyang City, and in 2021, it was listed in the first batch of revolutionary cultural relics in Jiangsu Province by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
In recent years, after the active declaration of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and the Guxian Subdistrict Office, the "Former Residence Repair Project" has been included in the list of projects approved by the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau for the rescue protection and display of the former residences of celebrities in Jiangsu Province.
