【CNMO News】In order to celebrate Black History Month, Apple officially launched the new Apple Watch "Black Unity" woven single-circle strap and the matching "Unity Light" dial. Its design is inspired by "African Futurism," a philosophical philosophy that explores the black experience through a narrative of science, technology, and self-empowerment.
Inspired by the Pan-African Tricolor Flag, the Apple Watch 'Black Unity' woven single-loop strap is made up of 16,000 recycled polyester yarn filaments wound around ultra-fine silicone filaments, interwoven using an advanced precision knitting machine. At present, the "Black Unity" woven single-circle strap has been on the shelves of Apple's official website, it has 41mm and 45mm two specifications to choose from, priced at 779 yuan, officially on sale from now on.

In addition, Apple also specially designed the "Light of Unity" dial that is matched with the strap. It is designed with 2D ray tracing technology, which is the first time the technology has been applied to the dial. When using the dial, each pixel on the screen simulates the light and shadow that falls on the dial, and the movement of the pointer reveals and blocks the light in real time, dynamically changing with the time of day. The United Light dial can be customized to fill the entire screen or appear as a round dial, including black and white options, hour markers, up to four complications, and text imprint options.
