The plaintiff, Mr. Zhang, and the defendant, Mr. Li, gave birth to a boy after marriage, and lived a hard-working and frugal life. When the eldest son was 7 years old, the plaintiff became pregnant again and gave birth to twin boys, and the defendant worked outside the home for many years in order to make a living for the family. Due to the impact of the current epidemic, the family income is lower than in previous years and can not take care of the wife and children, the plaintiff is deeply exhausted because of the care of 3 children, so he suspects that the defendant did not go home to avoid family responsibilities, so he filed a divorce lawsuit with the Ningjin court on the grounds that the husband and wife's feelings were hurt.
For this situation, the judge who undertook the case contacted the defendant in time and communicated in depth and held a trial, believing that the original defendant responded to the state's call to have three children worthy of recognition, and at the same time had the obligation to provide a healthy, stable and harmonious family atmosphere for the healthy physical and mental growth of the child, although the current economic burden is heavy, especially in the face of the impact of the current epidemic on the work, but this is only temporary. As long as husband and wife work hand in hand and are in the same boat through thick and thin, they can overcome difficulties. On January 24, 2022, the Ningjin court issued a "Letter of Performance of Family Education" to the original defendant, and attached a copy of the "Family Education Promotion Law" to each of them, requiring the original defendant to jointly bear the responsibility of raising and educating the children in accordance with the law.
Since January 1, the Family Education Promotion Law has been officially implemented, which is the first time that the mainland has carried out special legislation on family education, and family education has risen from "family affairs" in the traditional sense to "state affairs" with laws to rely on, and Chinese parents have ushered in the era of "bringing babies according to law".
