The COVID-19 pandemic has been raging for years, causing serious losses to human life and health, causing a huge impact on the world economy, and also bringing profound ups and downs to the pattern of international relations. There is no doubt that this is a catastrophe unprecedented in a hundred years, the virus is the public enemy of mankind, but also the "negative teacher", and people understand many truths. The recent Munich Security Conference and the G7 video conference confirmed the "positive effects" of the COVID-19 pandemic.
An international summit on the theme of security took the fight against the epidemic as the focus of priority attention, highlighting the serious harm of the new crown epidemic and the great attention of the international community, indicating that public health issues are of great importance. The epidemic has not yet passed, the virus mutation has brought many unknowns, and governments must respond with full force in line with the principle of people-oriented and life-first, and must not be taken lightly, dereliction of duty, and reckless human life. This special video conference, like the recent G20 Summit, focused on how to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences, and is entirely correct and worthy of praise.

Both the Mu'an Association and the G20 Summit noted the principle of "balance and justice" in the fight against the epidemic and stressed that it is necessary to increase support for developing countries, including the distribution of vaccines, because from a strategic point of view, the effective control of the epidemic by the vast number of developing countries, especially the least developed countries, is the key to winning this anti-epidemic "world war". China has done its best to help developing countries since the beginning of the fight against the epidemic, and has now provided vaccines to many countries for this purpose.
Cooperation is the fundamental way to achieve victory in the world's fight against the epidemic, which is the voice of all mankind and the consensus reached by the international community through experience and struggle. At the beginning of the new US administration, it announced the termination of the process of withdrawing from the WHO, repeatedly stressed that it would strengthen anti-epidemic cooperation with China, and at the Munich Video Summit, it promised to increase funding for WHO to promote vaccine research and development. German Chancellor Angela Merkel stressed at the press conference that international cooperation is indispensable to respond to crises such as the new crown epidemic, and the world needs to strengthen multilateralism. Only by cooperating in the fight against the epidemic can we overcome the difficulties together, which is not only a relatively common idea in the international community at present, but also one of the important enlightenments brought by the new crown epidemic to mankind.
