According to the reporter Skira, Barca have issued a contract to Casey, the amount of which is an annual salary of 8 million euros plus a floating bonus.
In recent hours, there have been multiple media reports of progress between Barca and Casey. Among them, Sportitalia reporter Gianluigi Longari said that Barca have reached a verbal agreement with Casey, only for the summer window to join freely.
According to the previous Corriere della Sera, Milan offered Casey a contract for an annual salary of 6 million euros, while Casey asked for 8 million euros.
Casey, 25, whose contract with AC Milan expires in the summer, is currently worth 48 million euros in Germany.
