On the morning of October 23, Liaoning Institute of Technology successfully held the 2022 graduates' autumn campus double selection meeting.
A total of 91 units from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Liaoning, Hebei, Zhejiang, Guangzhou and other provinces and cities participated in the double selection meeting, covering machinery manufacturing, information technology, finance and commerce, culture and media and other fields, with a total of more than 3,900 people in recruitment needs, with a large number, full coverage and high level, comprehensively covering the recruitment needs of school graduates. The school's 1640 fresh graduates participated in the double election meeting, submitted more than 1660 resumes, and 335 graduates and enterprises initially reached employment intentions, planning to sign 120 people and 67 people on the spot.
Qu Wenjun, head of the employment section of Jinzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, personally attended the scene and had a cordial conversation with job seekers and the heads of recruitment units to understand students' employment aspirations and enterprise employment needs.
Liu Xingfu, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of the school, went to the double election meeting to guide the work. Conducted in-depth exchanges with the participating enterprises, listened to the employer's employment feedback on the school graduates and the opinions and suggestions of the school's talent training, and guided the students' job search skills on the spot, and encouraged the students to sum up their experience and grow rapidly in the job search process.
The atmosphere at the job fair was hot, the employers actively promoted the advantages of the enterprise, and the graduates consulted in detail and carefully chose their favorite positions.
