Music and body beauty education opens a window for students
Born in 1974 in Fangli Village, Datai Township, Mountainous District, Fuping County, Zhang Jianhua passed 8 years of primary and secondary school studies and was admitted to Baoding Normal School in 1990. It was the first time she had stepped out of the mountains, and Baoding was the largest city she had ever seen.
Baoshi's three years of strict study life laid the foundation for her abundant spiritual support as a teacher of general subjects. "Especially in the three subjects of music and body beauty, I learned to read music, play the piano, sports games, rhythmic exercises, stick figures, sketches and other knowledge." Zhang Jianhua told reporters.
In July 1993, Zhang Jianhua, who graduated from the middle school, returned to his hometown to teach and started a simple and happy teaching career in Fangli Village, striving to let more children go out of the mountains to find their dreams.
In addition to her good Chinese and math, she moved games and rhythmic exercises to the playground in physical education class, and in the art class, she led the students to draw on the sandy ground of the playground with branches and black and white sticks on the stones with unburned wooden sticks. She will never forget the first time she moved a school pedal that had been idle for many years to the music class to play and sing. "The children's glowing eyes touched me like stars, and from their eager, stunning eyes, I realized for the first time that children in the mountains also need music." Zhang Jianhua recalled, "Since then, I have taken more than 160 students from the whole school to music and art classes, and I seem to have endless energy. ”

Integrate labor life and study, and practice virtue tree people
With 7 classes a day to go, only two months before the final exam of the first semester, Zhang Jianhua could not make a sound due to excessive use of his voice. In order not to delay the class, she prescribed some medicine at the village doctor, and gave the students a month of "silent class" while taking the medicine.
In each lesson, she copied the main points of knowledge and the target exercises onto the blackboard, boarded the floor book one by one, and then faced the homework, and the students who did the right thing helped teach the wrong students. The students saw that the teacher worked so hard and studied harder. In the final exam of that semester, Zhang Jianhua's class scored first in the township. As a fledgling, she has since gained fame and experienced the happiness of a new teacher.
Fangli Village consists of 6 natural villages, the old road canal is 15 miles away, and the reed ditch is also 8 miles away. Zhang Jianhua insisted on home visits, and on the way out of school, she and the students talked while collecting firewood. Through home visits, Zhang Jianhua learned about the students' learning environment and family status.
Girls from poor families are about to drop out of school, Zhang Jianhua appeared and said: "As the eldest daughter, my parents borrowed money for me to go to school, and now I have a job, earn a salary, and the family's living conditions have improved." The parents finally agreed to let their daughter continue to go to school, and Zhang Jianhua also took some money from his salary of 90 yuan a month to subsidize the girl.
During the busy agricultural season, Zhang Jianhua moved the language class to the field, where students experienced life and learned to write and write in labor; every Friday afternoon, she would lead the students to take a broom, go out of the school gate to clean the main street in the village, and help the five insured households clean up.
Zhang Jianhua's efforts have won the trust of students and parents. After the autumn, students will pick out the best dates in their rooms to show their love for the teacher. "On the desk, the red color is bright, it is a piece of the children's heart; when you eat it in your mouth, you feel that the taste of education is sweet, and the taste of education is also sweet." Innovative teaching, reading + life = happy writing
Zhang Jianhua worked in Fangli Village for 5 years, and later taught at Chengxiang Primary School, Zhaowangtai Primary School and Dayuan Primary School in Fuping Town.
As a Chinese language teacher, she found that students often have a problem in writing, so she innovated the teaching model of "reading + life = happy writing". Since the winter of 2011, she has been writing "rolling diaries" with her students, reading together to improve her writing skills.
"The purpose of writing is to express oneself and communicate with people. Tao Xingzhi said that thousands of teachings teach people to seek truth, and thousands of people learn to learn to be real people. Zhang Jianhua believes, "I want to do real education, let students pay attention to life, write essays with true feelings, write real people, things and their true feelings in life." ”
Zhang Jianhua bought a diary at his own expense and asked students to take turns writing a "rolling diary".
A fifth-grade boy who couldn't keep a diary wrote a sentence in his diary: "Teacher, I really don't know what to write." Zhang Jianhua replied: "Child, this is very good, the real is the best." The students' interest came up, and Zhang Jianhua divided the class into four groups and began to write. She and her parents replied daily to the students' diaries. "Rolling diary" to build a teacher, student, parent tripartite communication platform, the teacher sincerely replied, timely discovered the students' psychology, learning problems and advantages, while euphemistically pointing out the direction of future improvement for students, parents also learned about the child's psychological situation and the teacher's work, so that home and school are consistent.
Over the past few years, Zhang Jianhua and students and parents have written 26 "rolling diaries" and written more than 2,000 comments and responses of about 2 million words for children. There was exhortation, praise, and more love in the response.
Zhang Jianhua's "homework" that must be left in the winter and summer vacations is that parents at least accompany their children to buy a favorite book to read carefully. In the first week of school, each student had to go on stage to recommend a good book, and the students in the audience listened to the introduction and aimed at the books they wanted to read this semester, thus starting the class reading drifting activity.
There are hundreds of books in the classroom book store, and after each student reads a book, he writes a post-reading card and clips it behind the book, and then selects the reading champion and the most popular book at the end of the term. Zhang Jianhua is led by reading, and students' writing has gradually gained vitality.
Teaching is mutually beneficial, and the provincial famous teacher studio helps the revitalization of rural education

Zhang Jianhua rarely sleeps before 12 o'clock at night, through continuous learning empowerment, she has become a knowledgeable person, become a person who understands education and understands students, and has written more than 100,000 words in notes and teaching logs alone.

According to his teaching experience, from 2009 to 2021, Zhang Jianhua was invited to train special teachers for 13 consecutive years, benefiting more than 4,000 teachers. In July 2017, The Studio of Zhang Jianhua, a famous teacher in Hebei Province, was established. This is the only provincial-level master studio among the 100 famous teacher studios in the province located in rural primary schools in poor mountainous areas. The 10 members of the studio are excellent teachers from different counties (cities, districts) in our city, and sometimes external experts are hired to solve problems in teaching, discuss according to needs, learn advanced educational concepts, and then accurately send training and teaching. In the past four years since its establishment, Zhang Jianhua Famous Teacher Studio has organized more than 30 times of centralized training, benefiting more than 10,000 teachers and students.
