Cousins: At the Nuggets I was the second or third oldest guy who would pass on the experience to the youngsters

In an interview today, Cousins was asked how he felt about playing for the Nuggets, to which he said he would speak out in the locker room and pass on his experience to youngsters.

"Like I said before, I've been through a lot of different situations and I'm going to be a sponge in a very special way to absorb and learn. I've been with a lot of teams that have been able to win, including some championship teams. I will take advantage of my experience and pass it on to the young players here. In the locker room, I could be the second oldest or the third oldest guy, and I try to get my voice heard. Obviously, we have a special player and even he will listen to what I say. It's a great thing and I just want to be as helpful as possible and try to make an impact. Cousins said.

In the Nuggets' current big roster, only Jeff Green and Jamakau Green are bigger than Cousins. In the previous Nuggets game against the Pistons, Cousins got the opportunity to play, and he got 2 points, 6 boards and 1 assist on 1-of-7 shooting.
