In the previous interview with "Blade Warrior", netizens wanted to know Lazar's profile, and this time I looked for it to dispel the depression of translating another unpleasant article.

This time the introduction is Lazar, I believe that this name may not be known to everyone, but many people have taken him as their own avatar, a simple translation of the interview with him, you can make an understanding.

When did you start exercising?

I started relatively early, about 10-12 years old. I've seen a lot of action movies and want to be that kind of hero. Then I became obsessed with basketball and, of course, also did weightlifting exercises. When I ended my basketball career, I was a soldier for a year, and then I threw myself into fitness.

I can say that I have had many difficult times in my life, but I have passed them, and I am always ready to overcome any difficulties in my life that have hit me. My life is like a bench press – if I don't push it up, it hits me. That's why I was able to overcome the difficulties in my life and move forward.

What mistakes did you make as a novice?

My biggest mistake was the lack of proper nutrition. I wouldn't eat anything while I was exercising. I would even do two basketball training sessions and one weightlifting exercise without eating anything. I wasted a lot of time in the gym before I knew how to train, how to eat, how to recover. That's why I start a website myself, and I can reduce the amount of time people waste in confused and ineffective exercises.

Tell us what people can find on your site that they want to know?

I tailor personal training plans and nutritional prescriptions for everyone. Each training program is based on the other person's experience, lifestyle and goals they want. I have made plans for people around the world and am very happy that they are very approved and will recommend me to their family and friends. I was planning to add a lot of exciting training videos at the end of the year (2012). I'm in the process of completing a new video right now.

We know that persistence is key, what advice would you give to exercisers who are struggling to persevere?

You have to be 100% motivated. You have to find the things that drive you forward to get you to the gym every day. This is why I advise those who don't have a desire to work out don't comment or criticize trainers who have achieved more in fitness than the former. I only accept advice or criticism from trainers who are more powerful than me, and I ignore others.

Do you listen to music while exercising?

I listen to music whenever I want, and I hang without music. My favorite is HIP HOP, mostly Rick Ross' new album, and also loves some metal music and movie soundtracks. Here's a list of my recent training music:

Rick Ross - MMG Untouchable

Rick Ross – High definition

Rick Ross – King of diamonds

Meek Mill feat. Rick Ross – Tupac Back

Bugatti boyz – Another one

Breaking Benjamin-Blow me away

Paul wall – They don’t know

Nas – Hate me now

Godsmack – I stand alone

Rammstein – Sun

Tupac – breathin

What do you think of the last action you had to complete during a workout?

I would think about the pain I felt then and tell myself I couldn't be defeated by it.

Speaking of free weights and instruments, what do you think are the pros and cons of their respective, and which one would you prefer?

I prefer free weight. Only with free weight can you increase muscle mass, density and strength. I love hardcore training, and that's why I like free weight. I only use the machine at the end of the workout.

What are you most proud of?

What I'm most proud of is when I get emails from people thanking me for having improved their physique under my guidance, achieving their goals or just telling me that I've inspired them to exercise and improve. It's the goal of my life – to inspire people, to guide people to do the right thing, to be bored about whether they're working out at the gym or not.

For me, it's not about winning more competitions, being on more magazine covers, but how many people start working out with your encouragement and how many people change their physique with your help.

Do you lose fat during a regular game or stay in shape all year round?

I basically stay in shape for a year, only in the winter I gain 10% body fat. Because in the winter I will practice blocks. But since I'm a natural bodybuilder, I can't exceed the 94KG limit for non-competition periods. I'm at a level close to the limits of my potential, and if I can grow 1-2kg of pure muscle in a year, I'm very relieved.

What kind of aerobic exercise do you usually practice?

I try to avoid aerobics, but in general I like aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercises made me lose a lot of muscle. Usually I switch between HIIT and regular aerobics, but I rarely practice aerobics.

What is your training plan like?

I don't have a perfect plan, I train regularly and practice with a lot of weight. I take 2-4 days off a month. I love basic exercises and heavy-weight exercises – it's the only way for natural bodybuilders like me to maintain a decent physique. Many people don't exercise very often because they worry that they are over-practicing, but I would rather exercise over-exercise than feel that I am not practicing enough. What was your recipe like when you were trying to reach peak status?

In the beginning I just stopped eating carbs 4-5 hours before bedtime. The second step is that I'll have a carbohydrate cycle to lose fat, and finally I'll have a ketogenic diet (high fat, low-carb water, proper protein). This is just what I use when I'm close to reaching a 5% body fat percentage. If I don't have enough time, I'll go straight to the ketogenic diet, which will cause me a lot of muscle loss, but it's faster to lose fat.

Who is your favorite athlete/bodybuilder/fitness model?

I like a physique full of beauty, so my favorite is Ulisses Jr. (the model I introduced in the last post, heroic love/good friend?). and Max Philisaire

What supplements do you take?

Protein powder

Branched

fish oil

glutamine

arginine

Glucosamine

Please give three of your most important pieces of advice to anyone who wants to shape a man?

If you're not sure about what you're doing – get a personal trainer! (Subtext: Come and find Gebei)

Don't listen to the advice of people who don't get anywhere.

Remember, exercise can't take more than two hours, and diet lasts all day, so you know which is more important, right?
