According to the well-known Italian journalist Di Marzio, former Milan sporting director Massimigliano Mirabelli will go to Serie C side Padova, where he will become the team's new sporting director.
Padua then confirmed the news, announcing through their official website that the team's partnership with sporting director Shaun Sollano and his assistant Fabio Gati would end with immediate effect. He expressed his gratitude and respect for what the two have done at the team in recent years and best wishes for their future careers.
Meanwhile, the new technical advisor and sporting director will be served by Mirabelli, with Whom Padua signed for a two-year contract until 30 June 2024.
Mirabelle was the sporting director of AC Milan from 2017 to 2018 and has been idle at home ever since leaving office.
