According to the website of Radio Television Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Observatory issued a black rainstorm warning signal at 11:45 a.m. According to the HKSAR Government website, as the black rainstorm warning signal is now in effect, all schools will be closed this afternoon, but schools must keep their buildings open and arrange contingency measures to take care of students who have returned to school. Schools that are currently in session should continue to attend until school time, and under safe circumstances, allow students to return home.
