Born in 1963 to a Kyrgyz family in Yining, Xinjiang, Adili joined Kyrgyzstan in February 2001. China is his ancestral home country, and every time he has returned home to visit his relatives and friends in China for 20 years, he can't help but sigh that the life of ordinary Chinese people is getting better and better.
Adili said his uncle's family lived in The Kyrgyz Township of Turks County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture. 20 years ago, their family lived in a simple adobe house, drinking water, heating is a big problem, whenever the family is sick, it is difficult to find a car to send to the county hospital.
"A few years ago, when I returned to Yili, my uncle's son, the Bactor family, drove to Yining City to visit me and told me that they had bought buildings in both the county seat and Yining City, built a 2-story small building in the village, and had their own cattle, horses and sheep in the pastoral area, and their lives were enviable." Adili said.
Barkett also told Adili that everyone at the Unity Ranch in Turks County, where they worked, had jobs. Everyone has a good income, sickness has social security, retirement has a pension, such a life is a happy life that they did not dare to think of before.
During a physical examination at the Urumqi People's Hospital a few years ago, Adili found that many people from rural Xinjiang were seeking medical treatment at the hospital. He was curious, and after asking the doctor, he learned that the social security cards of Xinjiang residents could also be reimbursed for hospitalization in major hospitals in Urumqi.
"If you can't cure a disease in the county seat, you can go to Yining City or Urumqi City, the capital of Xinjiang, to treat it." Seeing a doctor is no longer a problem, this is the Care of the Chinese Communist Party and the government for the people, which is worth learning from the Kyrgyz government. Adili said.

Since being elected as a member of the Sixth Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2015, Adili has also put the voice of the Kyrgyz people and the maintenance of friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and China in the first place.
It is reported that Adili drafted a number of proposals with other parliamentarians during his term of office, which were highly valued by the Kyrgyz government and implemented one by one.
For 6 years, he has been concerned about the lives of the people in Tupu District, Issyk-Kul State, and solved the difficulties of the people in the district. For example, through a meeting with the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan, two batches of 6 km of asphalt roads and 20 km of simple roads were built in Tupu District; 2 schools were built for the district to solve the problem of local children going to school; buses were purchased for poor villages to solve the problem of more than 40 children having to walk more than 10 km a day to go to school, and his work was recognized and praised by the local people.
Over the years, Adili has been to China many times to participate in the conference, during which he has been committed to the work of "introducing Kyrgyzstan to China and promoting China to Kyrgyzstan".
He said that Kyrgyzstan's organic agricultural products, national handicrafts, and textiles are favored by international friends, China has a huge market, and promoting Kyrgyzstan's products to China is a good opportunity to promote Kyrgyzstan's products to enter the international market, so as to promote Kyrgyzstan's economic development and the people's prosperity and happiness. At the same time, he also brought back a lot of development experience from China for kyrgyz governments at all levels to learn from.

Adili said that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and China. Over the past 30 years, the foundation of political mutual trust between the two countries has become stronger, economic support has been continuously strengthened, and the comprehensive strategic partnership has been further deepened.
He said that the "Belt and Road" initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping is a driving force for the rapid economic recovery of Kyrgyzstan, and Kyrgyz President Zaparov has made it clear that it will accelerate the implementation of the "Belt and Road" project.
Adili said that China's role in Kyrgyzstan's economic construction is immeasurable, and Kyrgyzstan's largest investors and aid come from China, so we should cherish the friendly relations with China.
It is understood that kyrgyz republic president Zaparov said when talking about Kyrgyzstan's economic development plan a few days ago: "First of all, we will create a good business environment and prohibit unauthorized inspection and interference of enterprises." Improve the efficiency of government departments and ensure the free flow of capital. Adili pointed out that protecting and attracting investment is the main task of the Kyrgyz government at present. "It is necessary to protect the existing investors, but also to formulate long-term preferential policies and attract more investors, so that a large number of investments can be introduced and the economic situation of Kyrgyzstan can be improved."
