On October 21, 2006, the farewell ceremony of Wang Guangmei's body was held at the Babaoshan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Beijing. Shao Hua took his son Mao Xinyu and daughter-in-law Liu Bin to mourn and send them off in grief.
