On January 26, 2022, in order to effectively do a good job in community corrections and the safety of supervision sites during the Spring Festival and Winter Olympic Games, Liu Bin, director of the Third Procuratorial Department of the Fengzhen Municipal Procuratorate, led the cadres and police of the criminal enforcement procuratorial department to conduct a pre-holiday safety inspection of the Fengzhen Municipal Detention Center and some judicial centers, and Liu Guoxing, deputy secretary of the Fengzhen Municipal Law Commission, presided over and guided the inspection of the detention center.
The inspection of judicial offices is mainly based on the means of consulting community corrections ledgers, and where problems found can be solved immediately, the judicial offices are required to make immediate changes and establish long-term mechanisms. At the same time, work requirements are put forward for each judicial office: First, we must focus on strengthening the investigation of hidden dangers, pay close attention to the supervision work, ensure that the number of community corrections subjects is clear, the destination is clear, and prevent the leakage of pipes; second, we must conscientiously perform our duties and further strengthen the education of community corrections subjects; third, strictly implement the system of asking for leave, strictly control the community corrections subjects to go out, and further eliminate the risk of epidemic transmission.
In order to ensure the safety of the supervision places during the epidemic period, the inspection of the detention center was mainly carried out in the form of a symposium, the situation of serious criminals and persons who could not be admitted to prison due to illness was detailed in detail, and the existing problems were actively coordinated and solved, and at the same time, the safety management of detainees during the Spring Festival and the Winter Olympic Games was required to be strengthened, the epidemic prevention and control measures and management responsibilities were strictly implemented, the investigation of hidden dangers was strengthened, and the safety management and health and epidemic prevention work of the supervision places were fully improved.
