Song Ming and his party first came to Chengdu Sunac Cultural Tourism City Snow World to participate in the launching ceremony of Sunac Ice and Snow Theme Study Tour Sports Activities, and then went to Sunac Park to investigate the high-tech tourism projects of Sunac Cultural Tourism City, and after the on-site investigation, they immediately held an on-site symposium to listen to the report of Dujiangyan City on the development of science and technology tourism and put forward work requirements.
Song Ming pointed out that in November 2021, Dujiangyan Li Bing Cultural and Creative Tourism Functional Zone was successfully selected as the only national tourism science and technology demonstration park in the province, and this selection should be taken as an opportunity to further promote science and technology tourism to a new level. First, it is necessary to strictly benchmark and do a good job in the management of product formats, safety, and services in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Measures for the Management of National Tourism Science and Technology Demonstration Parks" issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism; second, we must strengthen publicity and promotion, rely on scientific and technological advantages, and use new technologies and new media to do a good job in the publicity and promotion of science and technology demonstration parks; the third is to strengthen project construction, package a number of high-quality cultural tourism projects through market-oriented means, and strive to be selected as Sichuan Province's "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" cultural tourism reserve projects; fourth, we must strengthen the deep integration of science and technology and research. Develop a number of research and tourism projects with strong science popularization functions and high scientific and technological content.
In the next step, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to strengthen guidance and support, promote the Li Bing Cultural and Creative Tourism Functional Zone to continue to deepen the construction of the National Tourism Science and Technology Demonstration Park, and create a benchmark demonstration for the development of domestic tourism science and technology.
