Recently, when the staff of the Lvliang Forestry Bureau's Xunxiang Forest Farm sorted out the video of the infrared camera installed in the Gushe Mountain Forest Area of Fenxi County, they found the tracks of the North China Leopard, a national-level key protected wild animal.

The North China leopard, found in Gushe Mountain in Fenxi County, is an adult North China leopard. The North China leopard is the rarest subspecies of leopard in the world. Their migration and settlement can intuitively reflect the overall situation of the ecosystem.

Gushe Mountain in Fenxi County, 1890.8 meters above sea level. The scenery is beautiful, the four seasons are pleasant, the peaks are green, the trees are verdant, and the vast primeval forest shows the original style of nature. In Gushe Mountain, brown horse chickens, and wild animals such as wild boars, roe deer, weasels, badgers, ocelots, star crows, kestrels and other wild animals are also found in the forest, which either walk or jump, or forage or walk in each other, behave differently and leisurely.

In recent years, the Lvliang Forestry Bureau and Fenxi County have jointly promoted the construction of ecological civilization, taken a variety of measures to increase the protection of the ecological environment and biodiversity, and a good ecological environment has provided a living space for the reproduction and habitat of wild animals.
