In 1984, Zeng Qifang, a graduate of the Liupanshui Junior College of Guiyang Normal College (now Liupanshui Normal College), was assigned to the Liuzhi Special Administrative Region No. 3 Middle School, which was a dilapidated teaching building, a small and simple teacher's dormitory, and a potholed basketball court.
"At that time, the school was still full of mud roads, and when it rained, the shoes and pants of teachers and students were covered with mud." Zeng Qifang also remembers that even if she goes to the classroom on a rainy day, she will choose to wear water shoes.

It is important to pursue high-quality education and create a good educational environment. In 2015, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education announced the "Guizhou Provincial Standards for Comprehensively Improving the Basic School Running Conditions of Schools with Weak Compulsory Education (Trial Implementation)", which standardized more than 10 aspects such as school running scale, school building site selection, planning, green area, sports venues, experimental instruments, music and body beauty equipment, and book standards.
Rebuilding school buildings, renovating toilets, building playgrounds, replacing teaching facilities and equipment... The investment in education has continued to increase, the school's teaching buildings, office buildings and functional places have been continuously upgraded, and the education and teaching environment of the Third Secondary School of the Liuzhi Special Administrative Region has been significantly improved.

Speaking of the current school, Zeng Qifang is very emotional: "Such good school conditions, in the past, I did not dare to think." ”

When Zeng Qifang first arrived at the school, almost all of her colleagues were secondary school students and college students, and they were all locals.
"In recent years, the minimum number of teachers admitted to the school is also a bachelor's degree, and many people from outside the province have come to work, stay here to teach and educate, get married and have children, and dedicate their youth and talents to the school." Zeng Qifang said.
According to the latest regulations, today, every teacher of Liuzhi Special Administrative Region No. 3 Middle School can participate in no less than 90 hours of training every year, and has the opportunity to constantly "recharge".
