"Last night I tried to sing a song that I used to be able to handle easily, but I couldn't sing it anymore.
My root cause is not in my voice, but it affects my voice.
Then, I cried. I cried for hours.
Six months passed, and not a day went by in the middle of my neck/throat that could be completely painless.
Worst of all, it wasn't because of the vocal cords, they all raised their hands healthily and said, "J, it's not us, we're holding you up."
It's something around them, maybe the cervical spine, maybe the thyroid gland, maybe it's because of allergies, who knows, the examination is still going on.
95% of the time I am positive and strong. But there are also days like yesterday where I feel broken, all hope is gone, I feel lost, lonely.."
Last Christmas, she shared a selfie at the hospital.
She told fans:
"I got up and suddenly felt completely deaf in my right ear and couldn't walk in a straight line."
When she went to the hospital for a check-up, the doctor found that she had Meniere's disease.
This is an inner ear disease that suddenly spins around, tinnitus, hearing loss, and a feeling of swelling in the ear. Most severe or cause permanent hearing impairment.
What is even more desperate is that this disease cannot be cured at present.
Describing her symptoms, Sister Stone said:
"My ears were like someone crawling in and then turning on the hair dryer inside."
"I haven't sung in a long, long time, and I just have to sing loudly, like someone is going to run out of my ears."

In June this year, Sister Stone posted a video of her singing while crying.
In the video, she sings the new song I Want Love.
But inside she could only hum a few words softly.
"The therapist asked me to post a video of me singing softly so she could hear my voice.
The first song I sang was I Want Love. When I first heard my own singing, I felt so vulnerable, and I cried while singing.
Since recording this song, because the pain is too bad, I still can't sing it well.
Not singing is really hard for me.
This is my life, my joy.
Quietness is not something I'm good at, and it also makes me feel like I'm no longer me.

She further explained that in February, she felt a burning sensation in her neck, which at first she thought was caused by too much fatigue.
But after seeing her doctor, she was told that she was suffering from acid reflux and vocal nodules, possibly caused by medications she had started taking for Meniere's disease last year.
"Acid reflux causes vocal cord spasms and small blisters."
If the vocal nodules are severe, they will cause the vocal cords to vibrate normally, and the treble and voice will change.
For a singer, it's a thunderbolt on a sunny day.
So the stone sister immediately took acid-suppressing drugs and did not speak for two consecutive weeks.
But it didn't work.
So she tried something else.
During that time,
She went to see 6 different doctors and had 8 medical cameras go through her nose to check it out.
She only ate 6 identical foods for 3 consecutive months,
Drew blood, took a throat swab,
Even acupuncture, massage, and spiritual counseling are used.
But her pain still appears every day.
Later, after a break and stopping singing and speaking, her vocal cord nodules slowly disappeared.
But all the doctors told her that as soon as she sang, the nodules would come back immediately.
Can't sing, don't want to talk to your mouth,
Therefore, after the launch of this new song, Sister Stone has no way to promote it.
What could be more painful for a singer who loves to sing than not being able to speak?
From an early age, he inherited the "pre-excitation syndrome" of his father and grandfather, which ranged from heart rate disorders, chest pain and shortness of breath to fainting coma and heart failure.
In 2011, he fell off the stage during rehearsals, tearing his left leg in six places and almost unable to walk.
