3. How does Xiongzhi Group achieve targeted training for management trainees?

Cheng Xiongzhi: In fact, every management trainee we recruit through layers of screening should be said to have their own advantages.

But the areas that we are best at are definitely different, equity investment or debt investment, primary market or secondary market, intermediary service or mergers and acquisitions, long-term investment or short-term high frequency, each financial management trainee is most suitable for the style is different, so we will pay attention to these subtle tendencies in the training process, and give corresponding resources to help them take fewer detours and make a career efficiently.
