How to do a good job of "stripping power"? The prosecutor comes to teach

On the afternoon of January 17, Wan Aiwen, a post procurator of the Third Procuratorial Department of the Nanchang County People's Procuratorate, was invited by the Nanchang County Public Security Bureau to give a lecture to the relevant cadres and policemen of the police stations under the jurisdiction of the county on how to do a good job in the management of deprivation of political rights.

During the lecture, the procurator explained the concept, content, and duration of the deprivation of political rights, as well as the matters that should be paid attention to in daily management: such as the acceptance of persons deprived of political rights should be announced to the grass-roots organizations in their place of residence, the issue of not ignoring the right to vote, the issue of entry-exit restrictions, and the declaration should be made to themselves and the grass-roots organizations of their places of residence after the expiration of the enforcement period.

The lecturers sampled the case files of the people deprived of political rights from the Xiangtang, Gangshang, and Liantang police stations on the spot, and explained again from the practical level: how to carry out the declaration, how to standardize the visit records, and how to standardize the binding of the case files. The cadres and policemen discussed and observed the more standardized case files, and said that the lecture had a very strong practical operation.
