U.S. White House press secretary Jane Psaki posted on social media on the 20th, saying that US President Biden did not question the legitimacy of the 2022 midterm elections.

Psaki said Biden made the opposite point: In 2020, in the face of COVID-19, the number of presidential election voters set a record, election officials ensured that people could vote and that every ballot was recorded.

Psaki made the above remarks because Biden said at a press conference on the 19th in response to a reporter's question that the completeness and authenticity of the results of the 2022 midterm elections "depends" on whether the voting rights bill can be passed.

U.S. President Joe Biden spoke Jan. 11 in Georgia calling for changes to the Senate's "obstructionist" mechanism to pass the John Lewis Voting Promotion Act and the Freedom of Vote Act.

Both bills have the support of all 50 Democratic senators and Vice President Harris, but the bill currently needs 60 votes (which requires the support of at least 10 Republicans) to pass in the Senate, which the Republicans have made clear is impossible.
