At first I didn't have a mouthful, so I couldn't eat it. But soon you will be able to find grass in the pool to eat. Later, when I can eat the carcasses of dead fish and something else, I will show two short front legs and two long hind legs, and my tail will soon be gone.

In the winter, I would sleep in the ground and wait until spring to jump out of the ground.
