The Jimu News reporter learned from the official WeChat public account of the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court that the executor, Tian Jiali, was born in 1964. Because the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court's civil judgment has taken effect, but Tian Jiali refuses to perform the payment obligations determined in the effective legal documents, the applicant for enforcement applies to the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court to publish an enforcement reward announcement to collect clues on the property of the person subject to enforcement.
The Qingdao Intermediate People's Court also stated that anyone who provides the court with a clue to the effective property of the person subject to enforcement (excluding the clues already in place) to help the court enforce it in place will be paid a bounty of 5% of the actual execution amount in place.

Jimu News reporter inquired on the judgment document network and learned that in 2017, a company in Dongying, Shandong Province, signed a raw material purchase contract with a Qingdao trading company, and Tian Jiali, as the guarantor, agreed to purchase raw materials worth 137 million yuan from the trading company. Later, due to the delay in the arrival of the payment, the trading company filed a lawsuit with the court. In the end, the court ordered Tian Jiali to pay off the plaintiff's purchase price of 64.8185 million yuan within 10 days from the effective date of the judgment.

However, Tian Jiali did not pay off the payment of the trading company during these ten days. The Qingdao Intermediate People's Court inquired about Tian Jiali's bank deposits, vehicle registration, industrial and commercial registration, real estate registration, etc., and found that he had no property to enforce. At the same time, the court also restricted the consumption of Tian Jiali. Since then, according to the judgment document network, the court has investigated and punished Tian Jiali's assets many times, but still failed to pay off all the purchase price.
Subsequently, the Jimu News reporter contacted the Qingdao Intermediate People's Court, and the staff said that the reward announcement was true, and the applicant for execution applied to the court to publish a reward announcement. The court will keep confidential the identity of the whistleblower and the information provided by him or her.
Through tianyancha, the Jimu news reporter found that Tian Jiali was not only caught in this lawsuit, but also the company under his name had been sued for financial loans, pawns, private lending and other issues. Tian Jiali was involved in a total of 28 cases, his historical executors recorded 25 times, and the total amount of historical execution involved in the case reached 630 million yuan.
