They focus on subdividing the track and deeply cultivating a certain link of the industrial chain, which is an important force to stimulate innovation, stabilize the industrial chain supply chain, and improve competitiveness, the key to strengthening the chain, the important support of Chinese manufacturing, and an important source of new economic growth points.

This can also explain why all localities have actively launched relevant programs to target the development of "specialized and new" small and medium-sized enterprises. For example, Beijing Municipality issued the "Several Measures on Promoting the High-quality Development of "Specialized, Specialized, and New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and launched 16 support measures from six aspects; the "Shandong Provincial "Specialized, Specialized, And New" Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Cultivation Program issued by the Shandong Provincial Leading Group for Promoting the Development of the Non-public Ownership Economy, which put forward eight major projects and a total of 27 key tasks.

Relevant ministries and commissions have also expressed their support and launched a series of measures to escort the development of "specialized and new" small and medium-sized enterprises. For example, on January 14, the Supreme People's Court issued the Guiding Opinions on Giving Full Play to the Role of Judicial Functions and Helping the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, proposing to increase the protection of key core technologies and original innovation achievements of "specialized and specialized" small and medium-sized enterprises.

From the perspective of the capital market, it has provided many conveniences for solving the financing difficulties and expensive financing problems of "specialized and specialized" small and medium-sized enterprises. A set of data that can be corroborated is: there are currently 357 "specialized, special and new" enterprises in the A-share market, of which 339 are on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges and 18 are on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
