According to a joint report by ESPN's Taylor Twellman of the United States and independent journalist Tom Bogert, Premier League club Arsenal has made a very tempting offer for mlosal New England Revolutionary goalkeeper Matt Turner.
What U.S. sources can confirm is that this offer for Turner is roughly similar to the original offer for Manchester City to buy the U.S. national Menstefing (the down payment is around 7 million, plus the total price of additional terms is around 10 million).
