1. Since January 11, 2022, there are people who have lived in Haidian District, Chaoyang District, Fengtai District, Fangshan District, Shunyi District, Dongcheng District, Xicheng District and Tongzhou District of Beijing, please immediately report to the community (village), unit and hotel to accept the corresponding health management of the community.

According to the report, the situation of the relevant positive infected persons is as follows:

On 19 January, there were 3 new locally confirmed cases in Beijing, of which 2 were reported in Fengtai District and 1 case was confirmed by an asymptomatic infected person in Chaoyang District on 18 January.

The specific circumstances of the 2 cases reported in Fengtai District are as follows:

Confirmed case 1: Currently residing in Wanliuyuan Community, Fengtai District, cold storage porter, doing nucleic acid testing once a week. He reported developing cough symptoms on 16 January, taking his own cold medicine and not seeking medical attention. On January 19, the nucleic acid test result was reported to be positive, and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention detected the specific mutation site of the Delta variant strain, and the results of comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests were diagnosed as confirmed cases on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild, and it has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment.

Confirmed case 2: Cohabited with confirmed case 1, cold storage porter, and routine nucleic acid testing once a week. He reported that he developed cough and other symptoms on January 6, took his own cold medicine and did not seek medical attention. On January 19, the nucleic acid test result was reported to be positive, and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention detected the specific mutation site of the Delta variant strain, and the results of comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests were diagnosed as confirmed cases on the same day, and the clinical classification was mild, and it has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment.

Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 20 January, and the clinical classification was ordinary.

Confirmed case 2: Currently living in Yilanyuan District 1, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, daily wholesale operation of quick-frozen food, working unit address for the first floor hall of the southwest suburban cold storage of a company, less than 500 meters from the work cold storage of nucleic acid test positives 3, 4 and 5 notified on January 19, and had dined with three people at Huaxing Hotel near the unit. Self-reported no history of Beijing, on January 19, fever symptoms appeared, went to the nucleic acid sampling site for nucleic acid testing, the nucleic acid test results were abnormal on the same day, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reviewed positive, and detected the specific mutation site of the Delta strain. He has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation treatment. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 20 January, and the clinical classification was mild.

At present, epidemiological investigation and close contact tracing have been carried out, the risk points involved have been investigated, and various types of risk personnel have been classified and controlled. On January 20, the Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention sequenced the whole genome of the positive nucleic acid test 1 reported by Beijing on January 19, and the sequencing analysis results showed that the Delta variant (AY.30 evolutionary branch) was completely consistent with the sequence of the nucleic acid test positive person reported by Beijing on January 18, and belonged to the same transmission chain.
