According to the bidding documents, the first phase of the Jinfeng City Center project covers an area of about 42.67 hectares with a total construction area of 54.5 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 370,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 175,000 square meters. It is mainly for commercial office buildings, commercial and supporting roads and parklands.

The project is located in Jinfeng Center, the core hinterland of The Western (Chongqing) Science City, close to the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone, backed by the Science Park, and surrounded by four main urban roads of Xinzhou Avenue, Gaoteng Avenue, Egret Avenue and Gaoxin Avenue.
