For example, in this ice and snow control camp, you can even learn a big skill with Lynk & Co - drifting. The so-called "drift" refers to a state in which the vehicle is between "controllable" and "out of control", and the vehicle slides sideways in an oversteer manner. On ice and snow roads with lower road adhesion, the friction coefficient between tires and ice surfaces becomes smaller, and the driving wheels of the vehicle are very prone to slippage.

As we all know, there are many four-wheel drive models of Lynk & Co, like Lynk & Co's 03+, 03+ Cyan customized version, 05 and 05+, these are all four-wheel drive models. Compared to the more common front-drive vehicles on the market, four-wheel drive vehicles have a natural advantage on ice and snow roads, so we started with a front-drive car when we first test-drove, which is our Lynk & Co 02 Hatchback:

Moreover, with a maximum horsepower of 254 horses and a peak torque of 350 N·m, the Lynk & Co 02 Hatchback is a veritable small steel cannon, and if you want to tame such a small beast on the ice, you actually have to learn some skills. The instructor taught us a point brake technique: put the brake on the abs to collect a little force when the ABS starts working, and then step on it again, repeat this action, and you can stop the car with the shortest distance.

Don't look at just a simple brake action, if you can't be familiar with mastering the brakes, drifting to make the next lesson - "fixed circle", you are really not good at pinching. In the second project, we replaced Lynk & Co 05 and began to train in fixed circle subjects. The main training of this subject is to repeatedly correct the direction of the body while delicately controlling the throttle, so that the vehicle can continue to maintain a drift state around the center in the circle.

Thanks to the Lynk & Co 05's four-wheel drive system, its rear wheels can be distributed to 50% of the power, and normal people can swing their tails in the circle track as long as they practice a few more times. Looking at the "dusty" snow in the rearview mirror, feeling the pull of the lateral acceleration and the wrapping feeling of the Lynk & Co 05 sports seat, this feeling of floating up, it is really cool!

After learning all the projects, we also ushered in the "final exam" of the ice and snow driving control camp - "ice and snow time trial". In this session, I not only drove the Lynk & Co 03+ Cyan custom version for the first time, but also experienced a classic track of the 2021 WTCR Touring Car World Cup simulated on ice.

If you only look at the data, the Lynk & Co 03+ Cyan customized version is equipped with a Drive-E 2.0TD T5 Evo turbo engine, with a maximum output of 265Ps, a peak torque of 380N·m, and a maximum acceleration of 5.7S per 100 kilometers, which does not seem to be much stronger than the 03+ ordinary version.
